There is never a bad time to start taking better care of you.
Come and see us 10 a.m.-noon Wednesdays at the Wellness Center and let a qualified member of the Tennessee Orthopedic team give you a free injury and exercise assessment on the spot.
If you are looking for a little help with our exercise equipment, there are orientation classes going on all year. These are not required to use the equipment, but they are a great way to start.
Not a member? Not a problem. You can get a sneak peak at what you have been missing. Been a member for years now? Weight equipment orientations are a great tool for you. Maybe you are ready to tackle that one machine you have always avoided or maybe you would like to make sure you are setting things up right.
WEO classes will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 15, 21 and 29. Space is limited, so call the Wellness Center to sign up in advance.
