Four Paws provided pet food to needy Loudon County families through the Good Samaritan Center in Lenoir City. Following are the totals for June:
Dog chow delivered — 94, 18.5-pound bags totaling 1,733 pounds at a cost of $852.30.
Cat chow delivered — 65, 6.3-pound bags totaling 410 pounds at a cost of $288.75.
Total expense for the month was $1,141.05.
Following are totals since the organization began in September 2009:
Bags of dog chow delivered — 8,988.
Pounds of dog chow delivered — 175,104.
Cost for dog chow — $82,634.79.
Bags of cat chow delivered — 7,101.
Pounds of cat chow delivered — 47,978.90.
Cost for cat chow — $35,165.35
Total cost of pet food — $117,800.14.
Total pounds delivered — 223,083.
Total bags delivered — 16,089.
