Tellico Village University is now able to provide free access to the “Great Courses” DVD to Village residents.

The complete catalogue of courses is provided in the TVU website at http://www.tvuniversity.org.
The “Learning Opportunities in Tellico Village” tab on the website contains a link to the lending library. Policies and the procedure for borrowing any program are provided with a link to the catalogue.
Programs usually provide up to 24 lectures of 30 minutes each.
For individual use, Villagers may use the “Great Courses” program for up to three weeks.
Officials with TVU encourage groups of individuals with similar interests to form learning circles to view two to three 30-minute lectures each week for group learning.
Groups who submit their request may keep the program for up to three months. Requests are made to TVU through the “Contact Us” page on TVU’s website. The lending library coordinator will contact the requestor and arrange for a pickup.
Since the lending library is available only to Village residents, a current driver’s license is requested for identification.
TVU has presented “Great Courses” in astronomy, financial management, digital photography, travel photography and nutrition basics.
