Pleas heard included:

• Kevin Wayne Belcher, abuse of a vulnerable adult, 5 years suspended at 30 percent; possession of drug paraphernalia, 11/29 suspended; public intoxication, 30 days suspended.
• Samantha Marie Dalton Click, possession of Fentanyl, $750, 11/29 suspended; possession of meth for resale, $2,000, 8 years at 30 percent.
• Brittany Danielle Doerr, possession of meth, $750, 11/29 suspended; aggravated burglary, 5 years suspended after 180 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, theft $2,500-$10,000, dismissed.
• Ralph L. Eddington, possession of marijuana, diversion for 2 years.
• Jacob Elibra Henderson, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Ricky Palmer, violated sex offender registry, 3 years suspended at 35 percent.
• Sarah Lynn Smallwood, simple possession of meth, 11/29 suspended; possession of drug paraphernalia, 11/29; possession of contraband in a penal institution, 2 years, 1 day at 30 percent.
• John Patrick Sullivan, possession of meth for resale, $2,000, 6 years suspended at 30 percent; possession of maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of scheduled VI for resale, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, dismissed.
• Luke Gabriel Williams, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, 8 years suspended after 11/29.
• Christopher David Winkler, felon in possession of a firearm, 8 years suspended at 85 percent; driving on a revoked license, dismissed.
• Joshua Lee Clover, accessory after the fact, 2 years suspended.
• Aaron Inman Free, felony evading arrest, 3 years suspended after 30 days; driving on a revoked license, $65, 6 months suspended; reckless driving, 6 months suspended; financial responsibility, dismissed.
• April Dawn Garrett, possession of meth for resale, $2,000, 15 years suspended at 30 percent; possession of meth for resale, $2,000, 8 years suspended; possession of drug paraphernalia, $150, 11/29 suspended at 100 percent.
• John Eric Greene, violation of sewage disposal system, 30 days suspended; unlawful disposal of sewage, criminal littering, dismissed.
• Harley Houser, possession of meth for resale, 8 years suspended after 11/29; driving on a revoked license, 6 months suspended.
• Tyler James Orr, burglary, 2 years 1 day suspended.
• Delmer Rex Sylvester, fraudulent use of credit cards, 4 years at 30 percent, make restitution.
• James Samuel Brown Jr, violated sex offender registry, $350, 1 year at 30 percent.

• Bradley Seth Harrison, two counts aggravated assault, no contact with victims, must forfeit weapons to remove GPS ankle device, 4 years suspended at 100 percent.
