MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man has been charged with murder after allegedly stabbing his neighbor, court documents show.
According to the affidavit, Joziah Elzey was charged with first-degree murder after stabbing his neighbor, Frank Young, in the neck, killing him.
Memphis Police said surveillance video appears to show Elzey walking around the apartments covered in blood, and they found a bloody knife at the scene.
