MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man was charged with murder, among other charges, while in custody for a separate incident, the Memphis Police Department said Tuesday.
The charges stemmed from a midnight shooting on Millbranch on February 21, where Memphis Police said officers found a man who'd been shot. MPD said the man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
