All homeowners should maintain comprehensive home inventory documentation to maximize and simplify insurance claims and estate planning, Elaine Harris said.
“Given the number of natural disasters in recent times, homeowners know they should have a home inventory but simply don’t have the time or patience to perform one themselves,” she said.
Information is downloaded onto a flash drive for storage, which provides homeowners with the ability to view records on their personal computers and laptops.
